Hey ya'll!!This is Claire's~ Ocean Breeze. It's one of those three layer polishes. So fun to wear! :) I love how the three colors are just barely visible, so you just get that really pretty creamy purple/pink. Love it! :) This is my first and only bottle of the layered polishes. It was buy one get one half off at Claire's, so I got my 2 bottles and this was one of them. :)
Anyway, this was a dream to apply. No problems whatsoever. :) It is a cream though, so you get the streaks almost no matter what. I used 3 coats here, and a top coat.

ReplyDeleteI've never used any Claire's polishes. I wish they would apply exactly like the bottle. It would be amazing to have the three bands of different colors. I can dream can't I! It does turn into a lovely color. Looks very pretty on you.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a lovely shade of purple :-) I also bought some of these mixable colors of claire's when I was in the states, and when I came back home and got them out of the suitcases, I saw that all the colors were mixed in the bottles - so now I'm curious too see what would be the result :-)

Nail Polish Junkie~ I'm sorry! :[ They are really fun.
I bought one of these and it chipped off, the first day, in huge chunks. I took it back. I never had a polish wear that badly. The color was three shades of pink/purple that went on like a neon pink. It was really pretty but again, the wear was terrible. How long did it last on you?
ReplyDeleteScallion~ Did you put a top/base coat on? That usually helps with chipping. This lasted 2-3 days like most polishes.
ReplyDeleteOf course, as always. Barielle base and top coat are what I've used for years. Most polishes, depending on the brand, last 5-7 days on me before any significant chipping. Oh well... :(
