He's always reminded me of an Ugly Doll. This bit of graffiti is on the old Tennessee Brewery building that has been in disrepair for decades waiing for a developer with enough money to truly "Inve$t in good times". It's an iconic downtown building that will hopefully one day be restored.
I think this is kinda cute. :)
