This is OPI- Baby, It's "Coal" Outside! It's a very sparkly black.I like it because it's so sparkly. There's really not much to say
about it, other than the application was good (pro-wide brush).
It takes two to three coats. It's a girly black, with the added
sparkle. Enjoy!

I love the color and it looks pretty on you. I had to look on my list to see if I had it and I do. Thank goodness! I just haven't tried it yet.
