Espresso Brown

This is definitely not a summer color... but it is one that I've needed to post for some time now.
This is Borghese~ Espresso Brown. I picked this up in Walgreens many months ago because, depending on my mood, rich brown shades catch my attention. They're so fun to wear in the Fall months... they are for me anyway. This brown was certainly not a let down. However, I was NOT impressed with the drying time. This is the only bottle of Borghese that I own. And it will probably be one of the few I ever own. The price was a little much, and I didn't like the color selection. It was a little boring. They do carry some nice neutral colors which I tend to go for in the hotter months.
I used three coats in the pictures below.

What do ya'll have to say about Borghese? Anybody have the same problems as me?

LLL,
I love the color but, like you, I am not a fan of the brand generally.

Michelle~ Thanks. I'm glad you agree. And you can find so many other great browns from different brands and at cheaper prices.

I've never tried Borghese. I've seen their polishes and none of them really looked interesting enough to make me buy. Some of them were dupes of colors I already have. Ecstasi Indigo is a dupe for OPI Sapphire in the Snow. Stellar Notte is probably the most interesting Borghese I've seen so far. It looks sort of duochrome in the bottle. I still haven't been tempted to buy, because I have heard complaints about the formula and the gimmicky brush.

Deb~ I went out and looked for Stellar Notte as soon as I saw this comment-- it is gorgeous! I didn't really think I should get it right away just because Borghese is pretty expensive and I have recently splurged. hahaha. I think I will get it one day, though... This is my first Borghese and I kind of liked the brush. I'm just not super happy with the formula & price. OPI and Essie are brands that I don't mind paying about $8 for.
