Hey y'all! I found some nail polish pictures on my camera. So weird! I remember taking pictures of this butter London, but I don't know why I didn't post it. I was talking about Trout Pout the other day in my vlog. I wasn't super impressed with the quality, and I really think that's a shame. These polishes cost $14, but with this formula, you wouldn't think this was a high end brand. Maybe I was just having an off day with polish. That's entirely possible. If I'm not patient enough with the polish, it doesn't get applied properly and it doesn't look its best. This was so long ago, I just don't remember. But it IS very similar to Pixi's Coral Cabana. I'm going to do a comparison of those soon. Anyway, this is three coats of Trout Pout.
I really like the color. I'm always drawn to these types of shades, especially in the summer. And y'all, I do love butter London. I just wasn't impressed with this one. I haven't been back to the butter London area in Ulta, so I don't know what kinds of shades they have out right now. But I'm sure that they will put out some great fall shades. I'm actually ready for fall shades, not to mention fall weather. I love those dark, almost black shades. And of course some Razorback Red!
What do y'all think of Trout Pout? Has anyone tried it? What's your favorite butter London shade? Have you had similar problems with a shade from this brand, or another brand?
I just got back from a little trip to Nashville! I had such a good time, and I actually got to meet a fellow blogger! I wish I could have spent more time in Nashville, but I had to get back for work tomorrow. Bummer. But I've had such a fun summer. I hope y'all are all having a great week! Thanks for reading! :)

I don't have Trout Pout so I don't know if it's the color or not.... But I LOVE butter LONDON. I mean L-O-V-E. There is only one I've ever not liked and it was one out of many that I've had! I say try them again! :)
It's so pretty! The perfect summer shade.
I have Trout Pout and I do love it's color but I can't remember if I've had formula trouble with it. My favorite Butter London is Disco Biscuit. I have had trouble applying Butter London's color called Cheeky Chops. I actually got so frustrated that I just took it off before I was done painting all my nails. But it IS a yellow..and I've learned to not expect much from yellows. Haha.
This is a great color- it looks awesome on you! It was so nice doing lunch with you guys, I had a great time! :)
