Layla: Silver Galaxy

Hey y'all! I'm going to post another magnetic polish today, and this one is put out by Layla. I actually got this polish for free since I'm an Ulta Rewards member. This was one of the newer free items on the list for Level 4. I was SO excited to see this on the list! I don't really want any of the other stuff they usually let you get. I'm just looking for polish, ha! So I picked out a lighter shade since the other magnetic polish I have is darker. Take a look at Silver Galaxy!

I really love it! Don't y'all?!? First of all, I'm pretty sure you could apply just one coat of this and then use the magnet. It would look great with just one coat. I applied two just to be safe, but it definitely wasn't necessary. I noticed that you can do a few different designs with the magnet. But I found that holding it sideways so that the line on the magnet is diagonal to your nail works best. You can see on my index finger that I held it differently than the rest of my nails. I didn't really like how that one turned out. But you can really do whatever you want. I really like the look of this one. I like that it's a lighter shade, because I feel like you can see the magnet's design better. I can't say that I could really afford these polishes. They retail at Ulta for $15.50! I can't believe that. So getting this for free was really something. And I'm really happy with the one I picked out. They had other really interesting colors, so if I have serious $$$ to drop any time soon, I know what I'll be spending it on. ;)

What do y'all think of Silver Galaxy? Have y'all tried magnetic polishes? What's your favorite brand and color? Have you tried Layla polishes? What do y'all think of them?

Thank y'all for reading! :)

How great that they put this on the rewards list! They switched our program to the points/dollars off one and I was happy because the last few times there was no good polish on the rewards list--sounds like maybe they're starting to address that.
