Hey y'all! I'm so ready for this week to be over. I'm just over it. I'm sure y'all know what I mean!
So I've been trying really hard to step up my game with nail art. The first SC nail art polish I bought was Fashionista, and I tried that out here with a base of CQ Slate. I was kinda going for the tiger stripe deal, but I don't think you can really do that with a glitter. I don't know. Y'all will just have to let me know what you think about it.
I LOVE the CQ polish! I'm almost always impressed with the brand. And it only needed two coats, which makes me love it even more. If y'all didn't know, you can find CQ polishes at Rite Aid and they're about $3 I think. I'm not 100% on that price, but they're not expensive at all. And the Sinful Colors Nail Art polishes have been popping up at lots of different drugstores in my area. Those are about the same price as the regular SC polishes. I noticed that Rite Aid has the largest color selection. Seriously, like every color under the sun. I'll definitely be going back for more! On another note, I think I've purchased way too much nail polish in the last few weeks. It's all flooding my desk, and just getting kinda overwhelming. Never thought I'd say that. But I think I need to pay more attention to what I'm buying. There are TONS of polishes I want right now, but it's really not good for my bank account. I need to focus on the bigger picture. Everything costs money, so I should be cutting back a little bit on the unnecessary things. Y'all did want to hear all that, right? Ha. Didn't think so.
Well that's all I've got for right now! I'm thinking that Thursday afternoon & Friday will be swatch days for me. I have a lot to get caught up on.
