Well, I'm headed home to the lovely state of Florida on Sunday. Really, it's good and bad. I'm excited to get to see my boyfriend again after 2 weeks... poor me, right? Not really... it could be alot worse. But, I must say I really do miss him. AND... I hear there was some bad weather in Jacksonville... that's always fantastic news to hear... NOT. Anyway, the really icky part about leaving is the fact that I'm really going to miss everyone. I'm here with my Grandparents... and I used to live just a few minutes away from them... wow... things have definitely changed. Now, I live almost 13 hours away from them. It really hurts sometimes because I am pretty close to my Grandparents (not location-wise! lol). I grew up being around them all the time and now I don't get to see them nearly as often. I'm hoping for another trip back this summer. I'm not sure I can wait until Thanksgiving or Christmas... I'm thinking August... but who knows what the rest of the summer will bring. Maybe they could come to us! We have the beach!!! lol!
Well, I'm just complaining... and it's not even nail polish related. Who's bored?!!?? LOL! I understand most of the people that follow my blog mostly stop by to see... nail polish! And, that hasn't been on here in about two weeks. I promise to change that once I get back home. Just couldn't upload pictures while I was here. That's actually probably a good thing because then I would be too preoccupied with my nails and anything nail polish related. But, once again I do have some polishes (that I think are pretty cool) to show ya'll. I also said I would have pictures of my trip... but... I left my camera at the house every time I went somewhere interesting. Oh well. Maybe that's a sign that I should only post nail polish! haha
Well, I guess I'll talk to ya'll later.

Know how you feel - I live on the other side of the country to my entire family now - and my last remaining grandparent is getting very old. Really dreading getting a phone call one day with bad news. Sucks...

I am enjoying your posting about other things than polish. It's nice to hear about your life. I've never had the chance to know any Grandparents. I can imagine that it was hard leaving them. I don't see my family much anymore and I really miss them. Life gets in the way. No camera! Shame on you, but they do get in the way. It's nice to just go and not worry about a thing.

I totally understand how you feel as I live on the opposite side of the planet to my parents. It's just so hard to be away from family. I hope you'll be able to visit your grandparents again soon! :)

Well, I hope your back home safe, and sound. I understand how you feel. I was nine years old when we moved away from all of our extended family. To Florida...lol! And it was hard. I was used to being near by so many of our family. My cousin and I used to stay a lot at our grandparents house on week-ends. Before we moved. And that was hard to get used to, not seeing them often. Anyway...I hope you get to see them again before the summer is over.
Velvet~ I'm sure I could be a lot farther away haha! I probably shouldn't complain so much! I am back home now. Drove through some storms but I'm back FINALLY. lol
