A Look at My Collection: Purples

Today I'm going to show y'all my collection of purples. I love wearing purple, especially in the fall. I'm glad I did this because now I know which purples I'm most definitely going to wear in the fall. :)

I know a lot of these look black, but I promise y'all they're purple! Also, Daddy's Girl (Sinful Colors- #13) looks blue, but it is purple. It doesn't photograph very well. And I'm calling Borghese-Stellare Notte purple because, to me, it is. It flashes a lot of different colors, but I mostly see purple. What are y'all's favorites? I'm loving Chi Behind Closed Doors and Nars Tokaido Express. I think I'll get a lot of wear out of those this fall.

Violet Rage

Here is Brucci- Violet Rage! I finally have a second bottle of Brucci! You can find these at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. (sounds weird, huh?) I was so proud to get this lovely color! It's a pastel purple, but it's metallic, too. I had no issues with the application. It was pretty good. It took about two coats to get the finish you see in the pictures above. Don't ya'll LOVE that it only takes TWO coats??!! I do! It makes the application so much easier and quicker!

Mud Pie

I have Brucci- Mud Pie for you here. My Mom was so kind to let me use her nails today, so expect a few more shades on her nails and not mine. Mine are looking horrible anyway. Okay, so this application was really great and two coats does the trick. The coverage is awesome and I really love the rich brown you get from it. I only have one bottle made by Brucci. I'm not sure exactly where to get these. I know this bottle came from Rite Aid a while back, but I don't live near those anymore :( Any ideas on where to find this brand?
