A Look at My Collection: Glitters

Time to look at all the glitters in my collection! Numbers 14 through 18 were just some experiments I was doing. Some of these glitters are kind of blahhh on their own, so I wanted to see what they looked like over black.

And a close up of number 14. Love Each Other is such a unique polish. It's nothing on it's own, but put it over black and it's a whole new color. I love it!

And my nails of today! I'm wearing Sally Hansen Insta Dri Fuchsia Flare.

Sinful Colors has some awesome glitters if y'all ever get the chance to check those out. And they're only $1.99, so they're a great inexpensive option! I think my favorite glitters are Pinata Yada Yada, Glitz, and Green Ocean. But I like all of them. They're a lot of fun to wear, and as y'all can probably tell... I've used up a lot of them. For a while I was all about adding glitter to every single mani. I'm not as into that as I used to be, but I'm starting to like the glitter accent nail. But that's *such* a pain to remove. Oh well! What are y'all's favorites?

Sun Kissed + Crush

Hey ya'll.

Today we have a base color by Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear called Sun Kissed. I topped it with Claire's Crush. I think these two were meant to go together.

I did two coats of Sun Kissed. Even if you aren't putting something on top of it, I think two coats will always work. I did three coats of Crush because I wanted really sparkly nails. :) Lately, I've been lovin' oranges. I think that's because it's a bright, fun, summery color. I wish we had better sun so these pictures would turn out better. Oh well...

So what do ya'll think? The application on both of these was great. :)

Ocean Breeze

Hey ya'll!!

This is Claire's~ Ocean Breeze. It's one of those three layer polishes. So fun to wear! :) I love how the three colors are just barely visible, so you just get that really pretty creamy purple/pink. Love it! :) This is my first and only bottle of the layered polishes. It was buy one get one half off at Claire's, so I got my 2 bottles and this was one of them. :)

Anyway, this was a dream to apply. No problems whatsoever. :) It is a cream though, so you get the streaks almost no matter what. I used 3 coats here, and a top coat.
